This article is something that comees up often when the justice system and the laws governing the rights of the people come into conflict. We as the people of the USA have the right to free speech and press, at times those rights are pushed to the limits. The question is, when do your rights end and the laws start, as in what line needs to be crossed before your humain rights are no longer valid? Is there a line? When it comes to freedom of speech and freedom of press, it seems that it's not free unless you are willing to goto jail for it.
