Sewage Flow Into a Tennessee River Is Stopped
A leak spewing millions of gallons of largely untreated sewage was contained on April 7th. The state ended up issuing warnings for people to aviod swimming or fishing in the river. This seems like this could have seviour environmental tolls as well. Besides the estimated four million gallons of wastewater that poured out, two workers were killed as well.
