I realize that this has nothing really to deal with wastewater, but this puts to end a decade long search for this terrorist and cowardly son of a b*tch. This man has been behind terrorist attacks throughout the world for years, and obviously was behind the 9/11 attacks in New York. This is a statement of Americas continued promise to fighting terror and sends a message to every other terrorist in the world, F**K with america and we will find you, no matter where you hide, no where is out of reach for our military and special forces.
