A new $11.5 million treatment plant will help with the waste discharge requirements. The voters of this community have put their tax dollars to good use to treat their wastewater. This plant will also help in the sustainable use of water, by not only treating the wastewater, but as well reuse the water in irrigation systems, offsetting the use of water from canals.
