Profesionalsim in the workplace HW #4

http://www.globalethics.org/newsline/2007/01/08/illinois-professors-fail-ethics-test/

Professors were required to take a ethics test and even tho they may have received perfect scores on the test, received failing grades because they completed the exam too fast. The argument is that not enough thought was put into taking the exam by people like Marvin Zeman who completed the 80 question test in 6 minutes. Zeman said that he had taken the test before and much of the material was the same as in previous exams. One could also wounder if completing the test with such speed shows that they are so ethical that they were able to pick out the correct answer fast and without doubt.  Another point that can be made is that people can write one thing on a test and practice another. Perhaps lectures on ethics followed by ethical exams would be more effective.
