A man in Waterford, NY was arrested after he alledgedly lied about overtime he worked at the local Waterford Wastewater Treatment Plant. William Hubbell Sr., 59, is being charged with Falsifying Business Records and Petit Larceny. He has been suspended without pay pending termination proceedings. 

This guy thought he was real smart trying to cheat the public out of their hard earned tax dollars. A watchful eye helped to pick this up and fire this scumbag.
