It is sufficing to some degree, to know that that ASCE ethics speaks against the practice of ‘moonlighting’. This is important because it is unfair to employees to be paying workers for a professional service, while that same worker collects an additio9nal income by providing the same service on a private level. However, the penalty for such acts should be more severe in an effort to deter the act.
