OWM provides direct and indirect assistance on municipal water technologies.  Assistance can range from identifying a problem to cost estimates.  Areas of expertise are treatment and collection systems, physical/chemical treatment, wastewater reuse, decentralized/on-site systems, stormwater management, biological treatment processes, advanced treatment processes, biosolids treatment technology, combined sewer overflows, and constructed wetlands.
