This article brings up a very good point as well as an issue most people face but few really think about. After reading this article on whether to rebuild homes and put people right back in harm’s way after hurricane sandy hit I had never thought about the fact that in these hard economic times the government should be spending money elsewhere in more important areas instead of spending money to rebuild homes in areas that nature may very well end up leveling all over again. It is because of this that as stated in the article the government should implement a policy that says "Build if you want, but the risk is all yours."
