Nuclear cheating scandal
Ever since the cold war officers have been trained in weapon systems and how to respond to certain codes. Officers of the 341st Missile Wing at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana were cheatign on the tests given to them. Each month every person is required to take an exam that they must score a minimum of ninety on or face termination. Seventy-Nine officers were caught cheating. During the exams the answers were spread through people using cell phones.
Not only was this morally wrong but very unethical for all parties involved. The exams were a way to make sure everyone was keeping on track. Staying in the buisness and cheating was about as unethical as it can get.
