Many of us are aware of the sex abuse scandal that has torn Penn State University apart, between the firing of head football coach Joe Paterno and now the FORMER president of Penn State, Graham Spanier. Spanier has allegedly been involved in covering up the sex scandal; not only does Spanier face charges of conspiricy but also now perjury and endangering the welfare of a child. Pennsylvania attorny general Linda Kelly stated that the three men charged used their power and ability to inlfuence the population of Penn State to cover up this abuse without any charges being pressed prior.
