Reservations, Payment & Cancellations
Advance reservations required: Reserve today!
Registrations with payment in full will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis; however, all registrations are to be received by SUNYIT no later than Wednesday, April 6 in order to meet vendor deadlines.
Complete your registration in one of three ways:
- Reserve online now, pay later using the Online Reservation Form; complete the form today and you will be invoiced for payment – Online Reservation Form
- Reserve by fax using the PDF Reservation Form, which you print out, fill in by hand, and fax back with credit-card payment – PDF Reservation Form
- Reserve by mail using the PDF Reservation Form, which you print out, fill in by hand, and mail back with payment via check or credit card – PDF Reservation Form
The Alumni Association has partially subsidized this year’s Reunion expenses so the registration fee is significantly lower than the actual costs.
Reunion Registration - $20 per person, Age 6 to Adult (No charge, Age 5 and under):
A Reunion name badge will be issued for each paid registration name, providing access to (1) the old-campus and new-campus tour bus, (2) the reunion hospitality room with light snacks and beverages, and (3) the evening mixer that includes food, non-alcoholic beverages, and a cash beer-and-wine bar.
Brewery Tour - $5 additional per person, Age 13 to Adult (No charge, Age 12 and under):
Transportation to and from SUNYIT to Matt’s Brewery and ticket for a tour of the brewery operations with access to the brewery store.
Space is limited on these special SUNYIT tours; therefore, tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis through this reservation form. You will be notified if tours are completely sold out. To help us accommodate as many people as possible, you are asked on the Reservation Form to indicate which tour time is the First choice, Second choice, Third choice, or not an option at all for you and your guests.
Late Registration: Registration forms received with payment in full after Thursday, April 6 will be permitted on a space-available basis.
Cancellations: The Alumni Association is required to make advance arrangements and provide final counts to vendors many days prior to Reunion, resulting in financial commitments it must honor even though registrants may not attend as planned. As a result, it is generally not possible to offer refunds after the regular registration deadline. However, if extenuating circumstances arise that require cancellation, immediately contact the Alumni Office at 315-792-7110 or alumni@sunyit.edu to determine what, if any, refunds may be possible at that time.
