Readmission
Readmission is required if you were previously matriculated but have been out for three consecutive semesters.

Readmission/Same Program
Students seeking readmission to SUNYIT into their previous graduate program must file a Graduate Readmission Petition form with the Graduate Center.

Readmission/Change of Program
Students seeking readmission to SUNYIT with a change of program must file a new Application for Graduate Admission for the new program with the Graduate Center.
